With two decades in strategic communications and project management, Callie specializes in translating dense, complex AI policies into plain, actionable strategy and building strong coalitions for moving innovation out of pilots into production. Before co-founding Porchlight Consulting, she led AI strategy, communications, training, and change management across major federal agencies, including the Department of State, Department of the Treasury, and the Department of the Air Force as the first Acting Director of AI.
